    Steamed Mussels – One pound of fresh mussels steamed to perfection in white wine, lemon juice, green onions and garlic butter. $9

    Potato Skins Deluxe – Deep-fried skins, Nova Scotia double smoked bacon, green onions, under a mountain of Governors own four cheese blend and served with Cajun sour cream. $10

    Man Candy Poutine – Our hand cut fries topped with cheese curds, candied pork belly and our homemade gravy. $7

    Chicken Wings – One pound of lightly breaded wings with our own seasoning and served with your choice of barbecue, medium, hot or our spicy Thai sauce. $9

    Coconut Crusted Shrimp – Black tiger shrimp (5) encrusted in panko crumbs and coconut with a drizzle of sweet chili Thai sauce $11

    Grilled Cordon Bleu Sandwich – Shaved black forest ham, chicken, Swiss cheese, cajun sauce served on our homemade bread. $11

    Veggie Wrap – Whole wheat wrap with peppers, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce and our roasted red pepper hummus. $11

    Blackened Salmon Wrap – Salmon tossed in our secret blackening spice, served in a whole wheat wrap with red onions, lettuce, tomato, capers and dill aioli. $12

    Highland Pulled Beef Melt – Sauteéd mushrooms, onions, red wine demi glacée with a delicious mound of pulled, locally raised highland beef, topped with four cheese blend served on a homemade baquette. $12

    Pulled Pork “PO-Boy” – Tender local pork braised in our signature BBQ sauce for hours and served on baquette with crispy apple coleslaw. $12

    Louisiana-Style Chicken – Golden brown breast of chicken served with lettuce, tomato, pickle, caramelized onions and our signature Louisiana sauce. $12

    Veggie Burger – Grilled soy burger topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese with roasted red pepper hummus. $12

    Lobster Roll – Lobster, minced onion, celery, dill and real mayo served on homemade bread. $15
