The Governor’s Signature Ceaser – A classic cocktail with a creative kick to the taste budds.
Governor’s Cinnful Spice – *Featured in The Fall 2009 issue of Occasions Magazine. Available in NSLC stores at the end of September.* This autumn inspired cocktail offers the best of both worlds. A warming blend of ginger spiced wine and spiced rum paired with apple, cranberry and ginger ale.
Caribbean Life Jacket* – A fun take on a rum cocktail combining spiced rum, Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Caraco with pineapple and a splash of soda and 7. *Will not prevent drowning.
Man tail – The perfect combination of cocktail goodness and gentlemen friendly, this cocktail contains the perfect pairing of Ameretto, Southern Comfort, spiced rum and Jack Daniels, lemon, lime with a splash of 7 served over ice in a pint glass.
Cape Breton Bawg (Bog) Water – Another tasty cocktail including vodka, rye, orange juice, and Pepsi.
Caber Toss – This traditional highland game inspired drink features Jack Daniels, Jaggermeister, and Pepsi served in a tall slender glass.

Speak o’ the Devil – A devilish take on a Long Island Ice Tea made with cranberry, pineapple, bar lemon and a splash of 7.
A Mary Mac – A sassy and sweet drink reflective of the maid in a favourite traditional tune, includes blueberry vodka, strawberry vodka, Raspberry Sour Puss, lemon, cranberry and 7.
A Sophisticated Sling – A modern take on a classic cocktail features Bombay Gin, Limoncello (an Italian lemon liquor) and Creme de Cassiss (a black currant liquor floated at the top of the glass).
Berry Picker – This sweet yet refreshing take on a berry spritzer featuring Chambrod (a strawberry/raspberry liquor), both blueberry and strawberry vodkas, mixed with a variety of juices.
